Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2026

By using Wralli, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

What Wralli is

Wralli helps a group plan something together — a multi-day trip (scheduling dates, deciding on a destination and accommodation, tracking flights, and splitting expenses) or a single-day hangout (finding a date that works and settling on a venue). Wralli does not book travel on your behalf, and does not process, hold, or transmit money at any point. It is not a party to any payment between members.

Accounts and sessions

Wralli works with anonymous, browser-based sessions by default — no password required. You can optionally create a free account (an emailed link or continuing with Google, never a password) to access your trips from another browser or device. Without an account, there's no way to recover access to a trip if you lose your browser session — don't rely on Wralli as the only place something important is recorded.

Invite links

Trips are joined through a shareable link, and that link doesn't expire. Anyone holding it can join the trip and see what's in it, so share it the way you would a key — with the people you actually mean to invite, not somewhere public.

Your content

You're responsible for what you submit — your name, notes, links, comments, and expense entries. Don't submit anything unlawful or abusive, or impersonate someone else. If you leave a trip, what you contributed to the group stays with the trip, shown without your name attached, so the rest of the group's planning still makes sense.

Travel and flight information

Flight details shown in Wralli are best-effort — sourced from a third-party lookup or entered manually by a member — and are not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or available. Always verify directly with the airline before purchasing.

Links to travel sites

Wralli builds search links to third-party travel sites for flights and accommodation, stores the listing links members paste, and lists partner services in the Marketplace tab — insurance, eSIMs, transfers, car hire, tours and the like. Which sites we link to may change over time. These are conveniences, not endorsements: we don't sell or book any of it for you, we don't vet the partners beyond choosing to list them, and prices, availability, cancellation and support are entirely between you and that company under their own terms. Where one of these links carries an affiliate code, we may earn a commission if you book through it — at no extra cost to you, and it never changes which options the group sees or the order they appear in.

PayID and payments

PayID details are entered directly by members and are not verified by Wralli. All payment happens directly between members, entirely outside the platform. Wralli is not responsible for a PayID that is incorrect, outdated, or belongs to someone other than the intended recipient.

Third-party services

Wralli runs on third-party hosting and database services, and uses external providers for destination search and flight lookups. These providers may change as the product develops. Each has its own terms and privacy practices, which apply alongside ours. Our Privacy Policy sets out what each one receives.

Availability

Wralli is provided as-is, without guarantee of uptime or accuracy. Features may change as the product develops.

Trip guidance

Wralli may suggest things to help you plan, such as a sleep schedule for adjusting to a new time zone. That is general information, not medical advice, and it is no substitute for a health professional who knows your circumstances. Use your own judgement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wralli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses relating to travel bookings made based on information shown in the app, or payments made using PayID details found in the app.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Wralli trip or account. An organiser may invite guests of any age to join a trip they're running — if a guest is a minor, the organiser is responsible for ensuring a parent or guardian is aware.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
